By accessing or using LongCat Video, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

Service Description

LongCat Video provides an independent web interface for AI video generation, including text-to-video, image-to-video, task history, credits, billing, and support tools. The service may use third-party AI model providers, storage providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, and advertising services.

LongCat Video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LongCat model authors, Meituan, Fal, Stripe, Google, or any other third-party provider unless expressly stated.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

User Content

You retain rights you already have in prompts, uploaded source images, and generated outputs, subject to applicable laws, third-party provider terms, and these Terms. You grant us the rights needed to process, transmit, store, display, and deliver your content through the service.

Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, harmful to minors, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, reverse engineer protected systems, submit malicious files, abuse payment flows, resell credits without permission, or use automation to overload the service.

You also agree not to use the service to create content that impersonates people or organizations in a misleading way, violates intellectual property rights, enables fraud, or violates Google Publisher Policies when content is published on this site.

Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans and credit packages are billed through third-party payment processors. Prices, credit amounts, and plan features are displayed on the pricing page at checkout. Credits may be consumed when a generation task is created, even if third-party model providers charge for attempts that later fail.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may deny refunds for consumed credits, abuse, policy violations, or completed digital services where allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The service may link to or depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, model behavior, payment processors, storage platforms, or provider outages. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

The LongCat Video website, interface, branding, documentation, code, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party names, logos, models, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may update features, providers, prices, policies, or credit costs to keep the service reliable and compliant.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, abuse payment or credit systems, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongCat Video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
