Common Requests

For generation issues, include the prompt, task ID, and the approximate time the task was created.

For billing issues, include the order number, Stripe checkout email, and the plan or credit package involved. Do not send full card numbers.

For privacy requests, describe whether you want to access, correct, export, or delete account data.

For content corrections, include the page URL and the specific statement that needs review.

Please do not send illegal, infringing, adult, violent, hateful, or private personal content through support channels. We may remove abusive messages and restrict accounts that misuse support.
