A Review Workflow for AI Video Teams

Use a structured review process to judge AI video outputs before spending more credits or publishing.

AI video review is easier when the team separates creative taste from technical quality. A beautiful frame can still fail if the motion breaks, the subject drifts, or the clip cannot be used on the target platform.

Start with a pass-fail technical review. Check whether the subject remains recognizable, whether motion follows the prompt, whether lighting stays stable, and whether the camera move is usable. If the clip fails here, revise the prompt before debating style.

Next, review composition. Confirm that the subject is in the right part of the frame for the intended platform. Check whether there is room for captions, logos, subtitles, or product labels. A clip for social media may need a different crop than a website hero video.

Then review brand and rights. Look for unwanted logos, distorted text, misleading likeness, copyrighted-looking elements, or anything that could create confusion about endorsement. This step matters before client approval or paid distribution.

After that, judge creative fit. Does the clip support the message? Is the pace right? Does the mood match the campaign? Would a viewer understand the idea without reading the prompt?

Use a simple review note format: keep, change, reject. Keep means the clip is usable. Change means one or two prompt edits might fix it. Reject means the direction is wrong and should not consume more credits.

The goal is not to make every generation perfect. The goal is to move quickly from rough exploration to publishable clips with fewer repeated mistakes.
